As a partner at People Focus, Miloš handles business strategy, business development, and the market entry routes DACH companies take into Serbia, along with the network that makes those routes viable. He pays close attention to branding, which most companies entering a new market underestimate, because how a company is understood there decides how expensive every commercial conversation after that will be.
Over more than a decade he has worked his way through most of the roles a growing company needs, learning each one from the inside: graphic design, brand strategy, marketing operations, ecommerce and sales. He founded Startline Strategies to do that work on his own terms. For him a business is a system where brand, marketing, sales, operations and management each depend on the others, and designing that loop so it feeds itself is the core of how he works.
The results travel. With the British sportswear brand Fitizen he led a full rebrand from the former Olympvs and built a structure that generated seven-figure revenue in its first year. He brought the dormant Dutch fashion brand SAPPH back to market, restarting revenue from a single unused email list with no ad spend at all, then reinvesting what it earned to fund the next stage. In Bor, he took the Shogun fitness centre to 58% of the town’s entire gym-goer market in three weeks. He has also worked with the California coffee chain Astra Bean, advised Autocasa GmbH in Switzerland and BeeIT in Novi Sad, and delivered branding for the sports platform Telesport, the Padel Bros sports centre and regional broadcaster Radio Television Bor.
Miloš came on board at the invitation of Saša Marinković. The two share the same values and treat professionalism and ethics as preconditions for good business and trust, not as nice-to-haves, and that was the key reason he joined People Focus. Put next to the experience already in house, that skillset gives clients something worth taking seriously. Not advice, but a team of specialists with the reach and the resources to build and earn in the new market.
